Payments
At Trained By Rose, we are committed to providing high quality training. Please review our refund policy below.
No Refunds on Completed Sessions
All completed training sessions are non refundable.
Training Packages
All session packages are non refundable once purchased.
Unused sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Late cancellations may result in the session being charged in full

Missed sessions will be deducted from your package
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances (such as serious injury), at the sole discretion of Trained By Rose
